Centered Postpartum Care, where Mother is the center

Understand postpartum recovery and find support to live it out

Hi! I'm Meggan Fletcher, a postpartum guide. I help mothers and their partners plan for the weeks after birth — and then walk through those weeks with you. I provide postpartum education and care in Knoxville, Tennessee and the surrounding area as well as online.

Hi, I'm Meggan.

I'm a mother of five, a postpartum guide, an early childhood educator, and a Certified Innate Postpartum Care Practitioner. I've been remade by birth four times — three peaceful home births, and one high-risk twin pregnancy that ended with an emergency C-section and three weeks in the NICU.

Mothers who work with me want to come out of this season empowered, supported, and taking active steps toward thriving, not just surviving early postpartum. We start by planning for your recovery before the baby arrives, and making sure that when the visitors leave and the meal train stops, you still have someone in your corner.

transition into parenthood

Life after a baby isn't life as usual.

It's a critical time that needs specific care.

Many people experience the time after a baby is born as disorienting, chaotic, and depleting. It's common to feel caught off guard by these feelings. It’s possible to navigate this season with intention, healing, clarity, and connection.‍ ‍

Experience postpartum as more regenerative and healing.

For generations people have known how to care for newly born mothers and infants, in a way that the whole family knows their role and how to be in it. This wisdom has been passed down — and it is ours to return to.

Instead of depleting

Experience a regenerative postpartum time. Education, connection, and planning to guide you through a restorative, nourishing, peaceful fourth trimester.

Postpartum is a time of healing and transformation all at once. It takes 9 months for a baby to grow and be born. When the baby is born, the parents are also reborn in a new way.

After the baby is born many families find themselves overwhelmed with the needs of mom, baby, and the transition into parenthood. It can sometimes feel overstimulating, chaotic, isolating, and disorienting. Many mothers find themselves struggling to hold life together with a new baby in the mix. Many fathers feel lost on how to help or what their role is in this new version of family.

It's time to move the needle away from surviving the time after the baby is born, toward thriving.
